A lifelong resident of Louisiana’s St. Tammany Parish on the North Shore, Steve is an experienced business leader that is passionate about building teams through cultural development and faith-led business practices.

For almost 20 years, Steve helped grow a family-owned business that provided innovative products to the United States Armed Forces. His purpose-driven approach to business has been shaped by the dynamic leaders that surrounded him over the years and especially his Christian faith. He has experience on both sides of the merger and acquisition table and understands how to navigate the challenges and emotions of a transaction. Steve’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to develop a diverse business portfolio which laid the groundwork for The Cambium Company. He’s also passionate about investing in the next generation through coaching, teaching, and mentoring youth in his community.

Steve holds a BS in Business Management from Louisiana State University and is a 2009 graduate of Leadership St. Tammany. Steve and his wife, Holly, and their seven children worship at St. Timothy on the Northshore.

John is a southern Louisiana native who grew up in St. Tammany Parish. He is a graduate of Jesuit High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. His business career began by supporting his family's local business, where success required hard work and passion. John’s love for the outdoors led him to the next phase of his career, where he spent almost 20 years in the Engineering and Design sector. During this time, he was responsible for a national portfolio of engineering services that provided complex solutions for federal and state agencies facing coastal issues.

John is a strategic thinker who centers his approach on Biblically based leadership principles that emphasizes the strength of company culture, servant leadership, and growing team confidence around a focused mission - all battle-tested principles in very competitive markets.He has led multiple teams through the M&A process and has a deep appreciation for culture centered decisions. His strong ties to St. Tammany Parish and his corporate experience bring unique value to The Cambium Company.

John, his wife Susan, and their three children live in Covington where they enjoy every bit of beautiful St. Tammany Parish. He places value on friendship and considers it a blessing to be there for each other because that is how God designed us. He is always excited to meet new people, hear their stories, find a connection, and spread joy.
